Down And Oot

Ross Perkins was born and raised in Southport and began a career managing bars and nightclubs in the town centre. Having worked in events and festivals over the years, Ross had a passion for good food outlets which lead him to create ‘Down & Oot’ Canadian food.

The menu consists of a selection of Canadian breakfasts, hot sandwiches and premium steaks. Not forgetting traditional poutine the Canadian national dish made up of chips, cheese and gravy with a selection of toppings.
