Terms and Conditions for Southport Market and Waterfront Hotel Competition
- Eligibility:
– The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Southport Market and Waterfront Southport Hotel, their families, and anyone else connected with the competition.
– Proof of age and identity may be required.
- Entry Period:
– The competition will run from 26/08/2024 to 09/09/2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- How to Enter:
– To enter the competition, participants must follow or be following both @southportmarket and @waterfront_southport_hotel, like the competition post and tag at least one other Instagram user in the comments of the post.
– Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Prize Details:
– The prize includes:
– Four (4) tickets to the British Musical Firework Championship on Friday 20th September 2024.
– One (1) overnight family room stay at Waterfront Southport Hotel on Friday 20th September.
– £100 in food and drink vouchers to use at Southport Market.
– The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- Winner Selection:
– The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.
– The winner will be notified via Instagram within 2 days of the competition closing date.
- Claiming the Prize:
– The winner must claim their prize within 3 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this time, Southport Market reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
- Prize Conditions:
– The stay at the Waterfront hotel may be subject to a security deposit at the managers discretion.
– The £100 food and drink vouchers are valid only at Southport Market and must be used by 20/10/2024.
- Data Protection:
– Personal data provided during the entry process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
- General:
– Southport Market reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.
– Southport Market’s decision on all matters related to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Governing Law:
– This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
